I had called the Heating & A/C supplier to come & provide our furnace a great cleaning before the Winter weather began.
I called about a week before our respected first snow hit, which was somewhere toward the end of October.
When June ended & October began, I still hadn’t had the Heating & A/C supplier arrive to clean our furnace. I called the Heating & A/C supplier a hour time & asked them about our yearly repair on our furnace. They told me I was on the list of people requesting repair & they would call me with a time, as soon as our turn came up. They must have had a million clients on their Heating & A/C service list because I still didn’t have a iphone call when the end of October came & went. I was now getting sad, so I called a fourth time. They told me they had called & left a message, & I wasn’t home when they showed up. I don’t have a message equipment & I only have a apartment iphone. I don’t go somewhere unless someone takes me because I don’t drive. They insisted I left a message. I called a weird Heating & A/C supplier & explained our situation. They set me up for a service call the truly next day. I signed a current service repair agreement with them for our entire Heating & A/C system. Two mornings later, our respected Heating & A/C supplier called to tell me it was now our turn. I said I had needed the service Last yearbefore it snowed, & I had just called another Heating & A/C business. The lady got angry & hung up on me.
