This past week, our truck broke down entirely.
The transmission had gone out and when my husband began looking at the truck, we discovered that the frame was all the way rusted through.
The people I was with and I knew we had to get a truck for plowing our driveway so that we could get out of the dwelling when it snowed. I was sitting in the kitchen when my husband rushed inside the dwelling and his eyes were totally glittering. He told me he was going to build himself a jeepota. He was going to use the good motor, brain and HVAC appliance from the truck and put it into the outdated jeep frame he had in the garage. I was shocked that he was going to take the parts from the truck and create a jeepota. The vehicle couldn’t actually be used on the road, however it would make a wonderful farm vehicle. Two weeks passed and all he had to do was to finish connecting the HVAC appliance. He said that no vehicle was driveable if it didn’t have heating or a/c equipped. He was honestly willing to go without a/c as long as he had heating while he was out there plowing snow! I never entirely thought that he would be able to get the jeepota running although he was soon driving it around the property. Somehow he got the switches reversed and he was getting a/c when he hit the heating button on the temperature control. It was the only mistake he made with this project, although he said it made his jeepota sort of unique. Just the fact that he built a jeepota makes it unique to be honest. Who cares if the a/c appliance turns on with the temperature control.
