I have lived in the north our entire life, but people who visit like it
I can’t understand why anyone would choose to transport south where there is never any winter. Winter time is our favorite time of year. I have been in the south while in the blazing heat of summer. The a/c is running everywhere. I have watched people running to or from their cars so they don’t need to be separate from a/c for longer than they need to be. The streets are nearly empty most of the time, because no 1 wants to venture outside in the sun. They also can’t get too far from the A/C units. I have also been in the south while in the winter. It is humid plus irritated while in the winter. I got up 1 morning plus I had to wear a sweater, but the next day the two of us were right back to using the a/c. I will stay in the north where the two of us have a winter. The snow flies plus the holidays are spent around our fireplace. In the summer, if you have a window a/c unit, it is enough to make you comfortable. I’m not sure why anyone would choose to live in the south, because I would consistently choose the north where I can have a real winter. I have lived in the north our entire life, but people who visit like it. I have family that lives in the south plus they usually come to visit at Christmas. They are consistently disappointed if there isn’t any snow, but they consistently guess the fireplace will be lit plus they will consistently be cozy plus warm.
