For the past many years or so, I’ve been purchasing properties around our area and fixing them up to resell them.
It’s entirely fun because it’s something I can do with my fiance and it’s basically like a treasure hunt of sorts.
All of us commonly find run down, cruddy aged properties and after that I turn them into something entirely wonderful. It’s basically like the people I was with and I seek out diamonds in the rough out there and after that I service them up and make a pretty wonderful profit! The thing in particular that the people I was with and I tend to have troubles with when we’re trying to flip a property is the Heating and A/C equipment that’s already installed. Usually the heating and cooling equipment that the people I was with and I find in these properties are not exactly top of the line! I can only recall just a single instance when the people I was with and I came across a nice state of the art, high efficiency gas furnace and a/c in one of our properties. All of the others were pretty much aged and run down. All of us regularly try to do an assessment of the Heating and A/C equipment when the people I was with and I first buy the property to try and figure out how much money the people I was with and I are going to have to spend to get the heating and cooling equipment up to speed. The last property that the people I was with and I flipped ended up needing brand new central air conditioner equipment installed, plus the people I was with and I had to get the HVAC vents cleaned out. All of us couldn’t do any of that work ourselves, either, so the people I was with and I had to spend a lot of our flipping budget on hiring a Heating and A/C equipment worker. Then the people I was with and I made the choice not to do any of the major renovations the people I was with and I had thought about doing. Even separate from those changes, the property sold suddenly because of the fantastic new Heating and A/C equipment.
