Difficult problems are hard to face in the future

It’s been a difficult month for me and my family.

Everything is upside down and I don’t know which way to turn.

My Dad died in the beginning of the month. He had a heart attack, and we never expected to lose him at the age of 55. My Dad was a ray of light in this dark, cold world. His heart and soul was second to none. My Mom and my Dad were divorced when we were little, but they remained friends until the day that he died. My Mom was devastated when my Dad died. It took three days before I could call to make all of the necessary arrangements. I didn’t want to think about those things like a funeral, bills, or phone calls. My brother and I have to take over the family business now. Unfortunately, my brother and I have not been working in the company for very long. My brother finished his HVAC training in March, and I have been working with my Dad for two years. We definitely don’t have the knowledge necessary to complete every job, so we are very thankful for all of our senior employees at this point. Everyone has been kind and warm to our family during this time of crisis. We have even received dozens of condolences cards from the many HVAC customers in our town. My Dad was the first guy to start an HVAC business in town, and we have a long and successful relationship with the community. I look forward to providing excellent HVAC service to these folks in the future.
