When we finally got married, both of us decided to take a honeymoon road trip. We both wanted to see a few of the more famous landmarks and visit other states. The first day was amazing, and both of us were all set to adventure. We made some cool stops and enjoyed the way the land slowly changed outside our car windows as both of us drove through the first few states, and by night, both of us were ready to rest our weary heads, and soon found a hotel. The venue was quite nice. We were shown up to our upstairs room, and both of us noticed instantaneously that it was way too hot. By looking at the control component in the room, both of us discovered that it was almost eighty three degrees in there! One look at our fiance and both of us both knew this wasn’t going to fly. We searched everywhere near the windows, and both of us examined the control unit, both of us couldn’t find a single thing in the room that looked care about it would turn on the A/C. Was there some larger problem with the cooling system in the hotel? Were they having their A/C serviced? We went back down to the front desk for more information regarding the A/C situation in our suite. The ladies there told us that the AC was down, and that they would not be able to get a cooling technician to repair it until the afternoon. After a day of driving, a day, moreover that was our first night as a married couple, this news was most unwelcome. We ended up spending a few hours on the patio of the hotel bar instead of in our room together. The problem with the HVAC system was an unwelcome end to an otherwise perfect day.
