Everyone that I have ever conversed with who is a close neighbor of our bestie honestly insists that he needs to open his own diner, and as soon as possible. I wish I was exaggerating, however it’s actually the opinion of literally every man, woman, and child who has tried his food. I have to say, I get to experience his great cuisine every single day, and I couldn’t possibly agree more. I actively try to convince him that he needs to get into the diner business on a regular basis; the only problem is that he just recently gained his PhD in a completely unrelated field and he really doesn’t want to throw away all those years of education yet. Still, I’ve been going ahead and investigating the local diner scene, just looking for promising sites that he might want to invest his business in 1 day. So far, I think 1 thing is definitely for certain, the diner will need to have the most current heating and cooling technology you can get. See, both of us live in the south where the climate is certainly tepid and humid year round. As such, absolutely there’s no way both of us could establish a profitable public eating place separate from having the best air conditioner in place that currency can buy. I don’t just want to have a measly little window A/C device or some broken down old central air conditioner unit, rather, I know both of us need to have gotten the most current air conditioner possible, complete with an attached dehumidifying method. That way, the restaurant air is not only perfectly cool and accurately tempered all year round, however both of us can remove all that excess airborne humidity from the air separate from running the A/C system into the ground. We’ll have the most comfortable and delicious eatery in the whole south.
