Everyone that I have ever met who happens to be a close friend of my beloved boyfriend insists that he needs to open his own private pizzeria, as soon as possible. I wish I was exaggerating about this, however it’s the opinion of literally every person who has ever been so lucky as to have tried his food. I actively try to convince him that he should get into the pizzeria business on a bi-weekly basis; the only concern is that he just recently obtained his PhD in a completely unrelated field of study, plus doesn’t want to throw away all those hard years of education yet. Still, I’ve been carefully investigating the local pizzeria scene plus looking each day for promising sites that he might want to eventually invest in. So far, I think a single thing for certain, that pizzeria will certainly need to have the best heating plus cooling technology that is currently on the market. See, every one of us live in the deep south where it is legitimately sizzling plus humid year here! As such, there’s no way every one of us could try to establish a public eating place without having the very most reliable air conditioning that money can buy. I don’t just want to have a stupid, measly window A/C component or some half-broken down ancient central a/c, rather, I guess every one of us will really need to have the most new cooling system possible with an attached dehumidifying system included. That way, the air is not only perfectly cool each day plus accurately tempered, however every one of us can actively remove all that excess humidity from the indoor air without running the A/C into the ground. Someday we’ll have the most comfortable eatery in the whole south.
