Me and my sis love to travel. Whether it is for special occasions, big events, or we just want a getaway, we make sure to plan every little detail to our liking. We have been so many places that we have received so much experience, you could mistake us for travel agents. A big part of the trip for us is where we stay. That may seem odd, but the place you stay can often be just as important as where you are going for your activities! If you end up in some cheap, rundown motel, it can ruin the experience. The room has to be comfortable, it has to be convenient, and it must be well kept and well accommodated. Should you require anything, it is best if the hotel staff can accommodate you. The temperature of the room is also very important to us. I tend to overheat and have night sweats sporadically, so sleeping near a well functioning air conditioner is a must. On one trip, me and my sister unpacked and planned out what we would do for the next couple of days. I automatically start to place my things on the bed closest to the air conditioner. I go to check what the temperature is, and make sure it is turned on. This cooling system seemed automated. We could not control the temperature ourselves! I called down to the front desk and asked if there was a way to specify a desired temperature in the room. The clerk at the desk said if we wanted to turn off the automated feature, we had to use the keypad next to the bathroom door. I had never seen or even heard of such a complicated HVAC system, and thankfully, we were indeed able to control it to our liking, and our stay was comfortable in as well as out of our room.
