A few afternoons ago, my washing machine blew up. I did my best to figure out what happened, but I guess it’s time to buy a new washer, and my old one is about 37 years old, as well as it’s been repaired on 2 separate occasions. My hubby and me do not have the cash to replace the washing machine right now, so we are stuck taking our laundry to the laundromat, we live in a very small town, so there is only one coin-operated laundromat; The place is run down old and dreary, as well as the machines look to be from the 1980s. The laundromat is not equipped with Central a/c, however there is some industrial fans at both sides of the building. The industrial fans do not deliver a lot of cool air, but at least they circulate a lot of the air. There is a small bar next door, and they have Central a/c. My wife as well as I have been putting our laundry in the washing machine, then going to hang in the bar in the central a/c. I do not mind sipping on a beer, while my shirts and underwear are washing. The laundromat is the only one in our local town, however I understand why they do not have Central a/c. The dryers run on pure gas, and that puts a huge amount of heat energy into the air. The central a/c unit would be certainly working against the heat from the big gas dryers. We all would not feel any a/c from the HVAC system, as well as it would likely cost the owner a huge amount of cash.
