Adding cooling to the bandroom

My child has theater rehearsal this month and she consistently complains that every time she has play practice in the nights. The theater room is super antiquated and stuffy… The high school theater is located in the entirely old part of the building that hasn’t had any Heating, Ventilation plus A/C substitutes since it was first built. They don’t have any a/c in the old part of the building, even though I know that they entirely need it. They have been getting quotes from various Heating, Ventilation plus A/C companies in town, but so far no one has won the contract yet. The public school has been entirely working on raising the currency to put a brand new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan in the old part of the building and to also substitute the a/c plan in the newer part of the building too. I genuinely feel sorry for my little girl because I remember how hard it was to give your teacher your full attention and to concentrate on your classes when you’re too warm. It’s nearly impossible to stay awake in a moderate room in the day without any a/c! She says that her theater mentor complains about the lack of air conditioning just about all the time. This woman has actually mentioned possibly taking up donations or holding a fundraiser identifiably for going toward the purchase of a new a/c – even if it’s just for a window component just for the student theater. I told her that I’d be happy to donate toward an a/c component for the theater program, because I just can entirely empathize with being so uncomfortable in the heat.
