In order to save currency on daily energy consumption, my dealer made the decision to install an integrated temperature control system. The corporation was spending a small fortune to heat and cool the immense office building. One immense problem is the age of our building. The Heating and A/C device was installed, when heating and air conditioning was still new technology. The seasoned office building was spending an abundant amount of currency each month for the utilities. The owner of the office building met with a few Heating and A/C contractors, hoping to discover a solution to our expensive heating and cooling bills. The Heating and A/C dealer suggested an integrated temperature control system. The temperature control device would be monitored with a control panel! Each floor of our building has a new smart control unit installed. Each floor can independently modify the temperature, using the smart control unit feature. The integrated temperature control device also includes an air filtration system and remote access. The owner of the dealer can easily access the integrated temperature control plan from just about anywhere. There are hundreds of temperature sensors situated throughout our building. These temperature sensors relay critical information to the integrated temperature control system. These sensors supply information about the temperature, humidity, and indoor air pollen levels… Some sensors can even detect motion in the room. Several offices on the seventh and eighth floor are no longer in use. Those areas are only heated or cooled, if the sensor triggers the Heating and A/C device. In the case of an emergency, the integrated temperature control device can be manually adjusted. I guess the new temperature control device and smart control unit will make a significant difference in our daily utility allowances.
