My hubby and I went on our honeymoon close to a month ago. It was such a great time however the hotel that we were staying at had a really terrible Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine. We ended up staying in a tropical resort for about a week. When we finally entered the hotel room the two of us were actually impressed with all the amenities that came with it! There was free wi-fi, the two of us had a kitchen, and a truly charming view of the ocean. Even though the hotel room looked so lovely, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine was no match. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine seemed basically like it was never updated when the room was renovated. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine was absolutely a split system, meaning that it was a central air conditioning machine that had three components! Personally my hubby and I thought that the one component that was outside had to be not working. It seemed that the evaporator coil looked great and was functioning regularly. When my hubby looked at it he said it had to be excellent but the outdoor component that contains the condenser and compressor must have been not working respectfully. We didn’t even know where the condenser and compressor were located and instead of trying to repair and find what the issue was, we reached out to the front desk. It took multiple hours for a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker from the hotel to come to our room and handle the issue. Since we were in a tropical location the two of us had no A/C in our room for hours on end. So we were basically forced to stay in the lobby or go to the restaurant that had air conditioning. A few hours later, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker discovered that the split machine had failed completely, so they upgraded us to a larger suite, which ended up being a fabulous thing!
