Not happy with our indoor air quality

When my church had a sizable charity event, we asked for sponsors and volunteers to help out. We had a lot of luck finding both. All of us were able to procure a live Christian music band, but they were new on the scene, and touring with some big-name companies in the area. My church was ecstatic to have some live music for the event, but i was in charge of the activities, and a huge chunk of my job was making sure that the band was ecstatic, and when the music group arrived to the church, they ask for a private room. I was more than happy to help with their request. They also asked for a bin of fresh muffins plus fruit. After that, they asked for about ten minutes of peace plus quiet without interruptions. I was ecstatic to oblige with that request as well. When it came time to perform, the band started to complain about the indoor air quality. The church was hot and also a bit miserable, but our entire congregation was there to see the band play music. With people moving in and out of the church all afternoon, of course it was humid plus warm. The indoor air quality super sketchy, but I didn’t know it warranted complaints from the band. They insisted that every one of us adjust the thermostat. They wanted us to set the thermostat to around 75 degrees, plus they would not perform until the indoor air quality was better. All I could do was sit there with my jaw to the floor. I couldn’t know these demands. I talked to the church manager plus he told myself and others to follow their guidelines. That was a surprising afternoon, and I found out something totally new that afternoon.
