I have to spend every other weekend on call with my supplier. I’ve been working with the supplier for a year or so now, even though I am still required to work every other week. At times it’s slow plus quiet, plus other times I will be incredibly busy all afternoon plus all evening! Last weekend, things were super slow until Saturday evening. I had several emergency cooling appliance calls at the same time, and the first cooling appliance problem was an easy fix. Their cooling appliance component was low on Freon. Once I added some refrigerant, freezing air was once again blowing from the air vent. The other cooling appliance problem was a bit more complicated. The purchaser called in a frantic panic, because it was the evening of his son’s 16th birthday celebration. They had close to 50 guests in the dwelling, plus no cooling appliance. I knew that call would be especially long, because the situation seemed horrible. I asked the purchaser about the A/C appliance symptoms, plus they described a problem that is typical with a blown motor. If that was the case, they would have no cooling appliance during the celebration. I arrived inside the first half hour of the celebration, plus a bunch of people we are still flooding into the arena. The door was opened plus closed around 50 times, plus I wondered if that was the actual problem. I found the cooling appliance component, plus I performed a routine investigation of all the main parts. I normally get started in the same arena, plus that is the temperature control. A lot of people have temperature control setbacks, plus that can be the number one cause. I didn’t find any complications with the temperature control, plus it didn’t take all that long before I diagnosed a faulty blower motor.
