Opening a restaurant

I wouldn’t want to eat at a place that didn’t think HVAC was important.

Ever since I can remember I have loved to cook. I would stand around the kitchen and watch my mom cook. She would teach me things that her mother taught her and these are some of my favorite memories. I loved to be in the kitchen and dreamed of one day owning my own restaurant. I didn’t even think it would actually happen, but it was a big dream of mine. However, one day I was met with a business opportunity that I could not turn down. I was offered to help open and design a restaurant with a close family friend. The first thing I thought of when designing the restaurant was the heating and cooling system. I know that having a restaurant at the right temperature is very important to the overall dining experience. If the heating and cooling system is not set right then the whole restaurant could close down. People don’t want to dine in a place that doesn’t have a properly working heating and cooling system. I wouldn’t want to eat at a place that didn’t think HVAC was important. Walking into a restaurant that is freezing cold is something that I have always hated, so I am making it a point to have the perfect HVAC system in this restaurant. I want every person that comes in to feel comfortable. It might cost us more money in the end, but I think it will be worth it.
