We found the issues with our A/C unit

After more than 2 afternoons of having air conditioning parts all over my residing room, my partner finally announced that she had found the problem.

  • She asked me if I had a capacitor in my pocket because this a single was no good.

I didn’t even think what a capacitor did and when I asked him, all I got was a long explanation. I think the capacitor helps to tell the A/C unit when to shift into odd modes. She told me I didn’t understand what she was saying about the capacitor and I agreed. She went downstairs to research if she could even purchase a modern capacitor for the A/C unit, and if she could, she had to think where it was. Two hours later, she was still at the computer, looking for a modern capacitor for the A/C unit. She knew that was the problem with the A/C unit, and she said that she would either get the A/C unit fixed or the people I was with and I would be going out to purchase a modern A/C unit the next afternoon. She headed back down to her computer and started her research again. She told me that it would be cheaper to just purchase a modern A/C unit than to try to repair this a single. I didn’t think if she was distraught about this or not, however I did think that the outdated A/C was start to cost us a lot to run. She told me she was going to research an A/C unit that would be more energy efficient. I hope this isn’t another week long project for him.
