How I have so much energy

If the weather has you trapped inside, there’s always the stairs to use.

Average and normal responsibilities and stress have a drawback impact on energy levels. For so many of us, feeling tired is an everyday symptom. Close to two thirds of Americans reach for a cup of pop to stay alert and get through the day. Caffeine is able to provide that energy boost but often leads to an energy crash only a few hours later. I think that there are better and healthier ways to keep alert, it’s a great idea to avoid the people and situations that bring us down, however everybody knows someone who is always throwing a fit. Their drawback energy directly impacts your own productivity, spend more time with friends, family members or coworkers who are upbeat, smiling and happy as ever. You’ll be able to feed off their high energy levels. If possible, try to take time out for meditation. Find a quiet spot, lay out your mat and clear your head. Keep on thinking some great thoughts for just five minutes per day and research has shown that meditation increases cognitive function and mental clarity. It’s so very tempting to spend breaks from work drinking coffee, checking Instagram or searching the web. It’s much better to take those chances to detach and stretch the muscles. Only five or ten minutes makes a significant difference over time. You’ll be able to perform far more efficiently and feel more calm. While a trip to the gym and at least thirty five minutes of intense exercise per day is always recommended, it isn’t always possible! However, you can take a few minutes to go for a walk outside. If the weather has you trapped inside, there’s always the stairs to use. Jog up and down the stairs, and you’ll know more energized afterward. When you get back to your desk, reach for water instead of coffee. Dehydration causes feelings of fatigue and less pep in your step.
