I have never had legitimately much luck when it comes to houses, then i bought a home right after I graduated school, and it was truly a mistake.
It would not have been a mistake for all the people, but for me, it was.
Last year, my home flooded, and the home had never flooded before in its thirty-more than four years of existence. I could not assume it. Thankfully, I had good insurance that covered most of the damages. There were so many things damaged that I did not realize were damaged though… One of the things that I guess was damaged by the flood was my cooling system. I did not realize it because it was the end of the summer, and I only used my cooling system a handful of times after that flood had taken site. It seemed to work good for those few times, but when I got it out this year to cool the house, I realized there was something wrong with it. It was covered in mildew which was really gross, however I thoroughly cleaned it out. It still did not run constantly. It was having trouble, and I could tell because it was leaking a lot more liquid than usual, and it was making a squealing noise. I tried to leave it on for a few hours to see if it would still cool the home down even though it was making weird noises and leaking; Sadly, it did not cool the home down, and I realized that I had to buy a new one. I found a good deal on some cooling systems, so I decided to buy 2 of them… My home is cool again, and I happily chucked that seasoned cooling system into the dumpster.
